We just want to say how thankful we were for having a nurse like Said by our side. He made my son feel comfortable after his femur bone surgery. Said showed genuine interest in motivating him to walk after the surgery. Our son was so scared in the morning to even move from his bed, but Said's encouragement and motivation did wonders, and he felt confident that he could walk, and he did.
As parents, it was difficult to see our son lose his confidence. But Said showed us how to make him feel comfortable and how to move him. He gained confidence because of him and he believed he could walk.
Said really went above and beyond. He puts a lot of effort into what he does and is a thorough professional. We are very grateful to him for giving us hope again. Said made our family feel so comfortable and welcome.
