This started as a very scary situation for my family. My mother had a total hysterectomy yesterday. We were not sure if she had cancer. My point is that this was a very stressful time for my family. We lost our father last year and did not want to be in the hospital this soon. My mother was moved to 4C and Arlene was her nurse. She turned our scary situation into a pleasant stay. She was so sweet, not just to my mother but also our family. She was so helpful and kind. She is very knowledgeable. She spoke to my mom, not at her. She explained everything so that my mother could have a healthy recovery. Arlene is beautiful inside and out. I cannot express how good she is.
