He has integrity in his profession and genuine care. Having been in and out of the hospital in the past 2 years. I have not seen a nurse as kind, calm, caring and so carefree as Yuriy. He took his time to explain when my mom had questions about her stay.
As a family member, I feel at ease because I know she has an amazing nurse by her side and that is something so important for us with a loved one at the hospital. He turned this situation into something better than tolerable and we can find comfort knowing Yuriy is her nurse.
