Over the many years of being admitted to L1 here are the reasons why I'm convinced JoJo is passionate about nursing:
Very hard working. I've never seen laziness, sloppiness, or hints of irritation due to patient requests.
He is very easy to approach for anything; always smiling and gives off good vibes (this is coming from a guy with severe social anxiety).
I've noticed a pattern where JoJo always listens thoroughly without interrupting, he then uses his best judgment to share a personal story to let you know he "gets it".
I have never heard anything negative about JoJo while socializing with peers and staff. I have only heard praises about JoJo many, many times from many people.
Honest, reliable, good interpersonal communication.
I can tell JoJo has a true love for nursing. I have not witnessed it but I'm convinced this guy will give you the shirt off his back.
