Taeko is one of the best nurses and charge nurses on our unit. She is always willing to help out with anything, even if she is really busy. She knows how things are supposed to be done and does them right. She holds nurses she is in charge of to a higher standard and has the patients' best interest in mind always. As a new nurse, I strive to have the integrity, drive, and skill that Taeko has. Not only do nurses on the floor enjoy working with her but so do patients. I hope to become the kind of nurse Taeko is, and I'm so grateful for her support and everything she has helped me with. When Taeko is working I know it will be a good night no matter if it is crazy busy. She works very hard and is a loyal and genuine person and nurse.
