I am the mother of a disabled veteran which has allowed me to observe Nurse Jackson for about a year. She has a sincere concern for the patients and others. She never displays frustration, although it is obvious that she is extremely busy. She smiles and displays a sincere desire to help the patients. Ms. Jackson has a way of communicating with others so when she explains that she will be with you later you do not mind. Ms. Jackson demonstrates the same professional customer service skills whether she is talking to you face to face or over the telephone. She gives me the feeling that she is always eager to provide service. Nurse Jackson understands my son's needs as evident, by knowing what, when, and how to say what is needed at the time. She is thorough; when she tells you she will call you then you can rest for sure that you will get the call. I have observed how she follows up on my son's case. She explains and encourages feedback. Ms. Jackson is one-of-a-kind who demonstrates a sincere love for her profession and should be recognized for her dedication.
