My husband was a patient and they were going back-and-forth for a few days about whether or not he would be having surgery. He was unable to eat each time he had to wait. On his birthday, he was unable to eat all day, and we had to cancel his surprise party that was scheduled.
Jessica was so helpful and caring. She did her best to find out if the surgery was a go-ahead or not. She knew it was his birthday and went to the gift shop and purchased a card and gift. She had all the nurses sign the card and they all came in singing Happy Birthday!
When it was decided at 8:30 PM there would be no surgery on his birthday, while on her break, Jessica went to the cafeteria and picked up food for my husband.
Jessica is the ideal nurse and has the most caring and professional attitude.
