Coming into the hospital for the 2nd time in a week this "Big Man" had high-anxiety! Anyone who suffers from true anxiety knows how serious this condition is. After leaving the ER, I met my nurse for the night, Tiffani. Wow, I was so scared and in so much pain, I was really struggling. Tiffani had such a calm and confident tone that before I knew it she made me comfortable. First, she addressed the pain, thank you, Tiffani! Then she answered all of my questions and concerns with very caring, reassuring words that really made a world of difference to my perspective of the situation, which before this was negative and not very good. She made all the difference by her kindness and willingness to explain things. I want to thank Tiffani for being a light in a dark situation. We need more people like Tiffani, who care and are concerned about making someone feel better. Great patient care, thank you.
