There were several things that Jennifer did that were above and beyond. One very special and kind gesture was sitting next to me as the doctor pulled my drainage tube out. I was anxious and nervous, and she offered and gave me emotional support. She is exactly what patients need- kind, comforting, attentive and knowledgeable. Jennifer was top notch.
