Amandalee Vitti demonstrated the Promise when she went above and beyond for a patient. The nurse tech called for assistance and Amanda assisted this particular patient. The patient sat on the floor and was crying due to an event that occurred. Without hesitation, Amanda came in and sat with the patient and listened to her. She then rewrapped her wound that needed attention. She gave her pain medications and checked her vital signs and gave her a hug. The patient felt significantly better and she was not even her patient. The nurse tech felt inspired to be a nurse because of Amanda.
