I would like to express my deepest appreciation to my nurse, Andrew. When my doctor was changing my abdominal packing after surgery, they were not aware that my PCA was disconnected due to my veins. Andrew came in and stopped them, letting them know what was happening. He immediately gave me a shot of Morphine and Toradol. He knew I was in excruciating pain. He held my hand and comforted me. Today Andrew noticed me VAC machine kept going off indicating a drop in pressure and blockage somewhere. Andrew was quite tenacious and determined not to give up until he found what and why the VAC pack machine kept going off. He solved the problem. Andrew takes his job very seriously and cares very deeply about his patients and listens to them. Thank you for being the kind of person you are.
