Deidre helped me all shift with her with regular duties and then also went on to look through my file to see if she was able to see anything that stuck out to her. She encouraged me to go through my results (I'd been looking at them online and writing down anything I saw that I had questions about). I told her she didn't need to do that. I knew she was busy. But she replied, "I like a good investigation". She offered kind words, a warm smile and such an amazing personality all night. Thank you, Deidre.
