Lauren has been exceptional from the start of our mother's care. Our mother suffered a major stroke and our family honored her DNR status and chose comfort measures for her. Lauren exemplified kindness, compassion, sensitivity to our family situation while maintaining professionalism. She checked on Mom often, asked if we needed anything, giving her the necessary medication as requested, and bringing us water and supplies as well. Our entire family noticed Lauren's kindness and professionalism as well as her sweet spirit. Lauren went above and beyond in her care. She interacted with Mom and our family and she promptly met all of our needs. She is an asset to the unit. Watching Mom decline has been extremely difficult for all of us. Lauren has made this so much easier because of her care.
