P knows Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She has visited the hospital every two weeks for the last two and a half years due to her plasmapheresis. Over the course of her treatment, she is often placed on the sixth floor (Women's Services) or what she calls "the happy floor". While she remarks that all of the nurses are wonderful, Ashley Burris went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable throughout her stay. P remarked, "Ashley makes me feel so special by always getting my pillows, diet coke and crackers ready for me. I feel like I am at a spa!" Ashley looked forward to caring for P and did her best to make her experience at the hospital as pleasant as possible.
