Jean was a true professional. She cared for me as an individual and was attentive to my needs. Jean is a skilled nurse with an enthusiasm for her craft. She treated me with respect and compassion and lightened the mood with her sense of humor.

Jean is a great nurse especially in trying times. One patient had come in from to the unit after a traumatic experience. This patient was emotionally, physically, and mentally distraught. Jean was able to calm his fears and bond with him throughout his time in her care. You could see she truly cared for him, and when the patient was discharged he was very thankful to have Jean as a nurse.
