Lynda King was called to assist our PBX Operator with a very confused elderly lady who came into the hospital looking for her doctor. It was quite evident the elderly lady did not know where she was or where her doctor's office was. The woman did not even know her doctor's name. Lynda then found out that she drove to the hospital and was headed back to her car to leave. Lynda followed her out to the parking lot, and through further investigation got in touch with a family member who told Lynda where the elderly lady was to be. Lynda got into her own car and had the patient follow her in her car across the street to the doctor's office building. Lynda stayed there with the patient until a family member arrived, and she knew the woman was safe. This is how far above and beyond Lynda always goes with patients. staff, doctors, and anyone she comes in contact with daily. She is truly a ROCKSTAR in my book!
