We got to leave the hospital on Sunday and it was a bittersweet goodbye. Our experience was outstanding. I cannot say enough great things about Bob. The patient and our family feel the same way about him. He is a perfect example of what everyone in the medical industry is looking for, someone who does their job to perfection and really cares, not just doing his job. Bob cares about the patient and everyone associated with the patient. We felt so connected to Bob that we took pictures of the patient with Bob before we all left. It was a life-threatening experience and we met a great person during those horrific 7 days.
