I have been a patient at this hospital for over 40 years. I have been, on multiple occasions, to many floors at your facility. I have a pacemaker, defibrillator, and a very weak heart.
In June of this past year, I was admitted to your hospital after being a patient at another facility. I was hallucinating and woke up to the voice of my nurse Adrian. I had no idea where I was not how I got there and was totally confused.
Adrian was kind and compassionate and took the time to try to calm me down and immediately got in touch with my wife per my request. He remained at my side and continued to render care to me not only during my first few hours of admission but all the time I was hospitalized at your facility. Every time he came on duty, he would come to my room and say hello and check on my well-being, whether or not he was assigned to my room.
His continued kind, caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, professional care was admired and greatly appreciated. His performance exemplifies all that a nurse should be. On the floor that he is assigned to, he definitely has to be one of the best nurses there could be. Being a bedridden patient is tough enough to begin with, however, his performance made my hospitalization much better with him at my side.
