DeAnna was recognized by a co-worker for helping many patients by allowing her colleague to spend extra time with a patient in need. By doing so, DeAnna assumed her colleague's responsibilities of helping distribute medications, checking on her colleague's patients in addition to her own, and assisting in transporting the unstable patient all while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
