Barbara demonstrates excellence, empathy, and expertise in her position. She communicated clearly and answered all of my questions both thoroughly and thoughtfully during multiple visits. Additionally, she took the extra time to make follow-up phone calls to ensure I felt prepared and confident going into my procedures. She portrays excellence both clinically and compassionately. She demonstrates empathy through her knowledge and experience all the while calm and composed nature. While I have not known Barbara for more than a few months, her expertise is evident along with experience. She is dedicated to the patients and it is clear she has a passion and joy for serving Veterans. In all of my years of both active duty and VA care, I have never encountered a medical professional as helpful and humble as Barbara.
