Tanya was a constant and caring presence before, during, and after my colonoscopy.
She knew I was anxious about the procedure and was so kind and reassuring. From our first contact, I felt safe and confident.
She even made the insertion of the dreaded IV a simple and painless matter! She has a gift!
Although I had to wait for about an hour and a half before they were ready for me, I never felt alone. Tanya frequently checked on me - keeping me comforted with warm blankets, adjusting my TV, or my bed, and just letting me know she was there if I needed anything!
I felt like I was the only patient in the building!! Amazing for such a busy place!
She was right with me in the procedure room and told me I had already done the "hard part" and now all I needed to do was "take a nap" and she would wake me up when it was all over.
True to her word, Tanya was the first face I saw as she gently called my name to wake me.
