Teresa was extremely patient, kind, and efficient. She answered calls with a smile and "how can I help you?" My husband had severe headaches. She was quick to give him pain meds so mild headaches did not turn wicked. When they did get bad, she was willing to find out from physicians what else could be done. She was in the room frequently. She suggested helpful ways he might be able to manage his pain. She made both of us feel that we mattered. She always welcomed me to his room. She kept me updated as to his condition, meds he was taking, what treatments or tests were coming up. I have been in the hospital many times and have never experienced Teresa's efficient, kind, compassionate, dedicated, professional care. She is truly an exceptional nurse and individual.
