Sheila has a great smile and is so friendly. And she has a loving and caring heart. She does try to make you smile and feel better. And she does her best to care for your special needs every time she walks into your room. And she laughs and jokes with you, she makes you feel like a person with lots of purpose like you are part of her family or friend circle. And she dresses nice and she has a great smile and attitude. And she makes sure you're feeling okay before she leaves you on her way to her next patient, she does not let the COVID epidemic stop her.
I am 44 going on 45. And my body is not working normally. I am weak on my left side and I am frightened how I am going to get around anymore. Yet, Nurse Sheila makes me feel better and she knows what to say to calm my nerves. And she cares about her patients she cares for each day. She never forgets to check up on us and always smiling and laughing.
I really like her attitude, it's great! She has a great heart and bedside manner. She helped me keep in contact with my caregiver by sharing her cell phone. She always comes in with a smile and asks me how I am doing or if there is something she can do for me to make my stay in the hospital better.

When I came in the first time Sheila was the sweetest. I only had her that one time. However, I came back and had her in the am twice, she went above and beyond what was needed. She was personal and funny. If I needed something she was there. This is what I will always strive for when I become a nurse. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are truly amazing. Don't lose your smile.
