Janell was my RN for 2 days. She meticulously took care and never missed a chance to encourage me and teach me how to cope with my new life with a bag. Janell carefully explained to other staff these sensitive observations she made of me so that I would have the best possible care.
Janell paid extra attention to the changes in pills etc. and never missed when I needed something. Janell's leadership which others respond well to. Janell felt like a personal friend. She took an interest in all I needed to feel I could make it with this surprise bag. Janell is an example of exceptional caring.
