I came into the emergency department for severe upper GI pain. The care that I received from RN Rose was extraordinary. Rose's compassion was only matched by her skills inserting an IV line or pain management. She was an angel. She was always attentive to my needs and even held my hand when I was in pain. She did everything she could to reduce my pain from a 9 to a 3.
She went with me to CT scan and the doctor told me I had an ulcer and discharged me.
I came back the next day still in pain and sweet Rose was my nurse again. I was in severe pain and was comforted to see Rose was there. This time I got an echo and was supposed to get an MRI but couldn't because I have metal in my body from an old surgery. I was eventually diagnosed with gallstones. Rose gave me enough pain medication that I went home, slept for two nights FINALLY and woke up pain free. She took her time and cared for me. I have always loved MW, it's been my hospital my whole life. RN Rose is one of the reasons why. Thank you for the exceptional care.
