My grandfather has Alzheimer's and needed a change of underwear. He was disoriented and confused and becoming combative. When he agreed to cooperate and could have a nurse assist him Garrett stopped in the middle of an admission to help change my grandfather. He saved the day, stopping an escalating situation and preventing my grandfather's breakdown. He was just as patient with him as he was with his own patient and had nothing going on.
