Having had this procedure several times before, the removal of the sheath has always been a very painful experience. So I was expecting another awful experience. Anne was very understanding of my concerns. She talked me through the process, coached me, and used her expertise and personal touch to relieve my fears and ultimately removed the sheath with little discomfort.
In addition, Anne provided an implant card and explained its importance. I have had numerous stents before, and no one ever explained the obvious relevance of this card. She also better explained the way my medication worked with my implants so I could better understand any changes in my medication from various doctors.
She was a pleasure to meet and receive care from her. I felt her sincere concern for me as a patient and I felt confident in her knowledge and experience. She is a true professional and I felt her colleagues were very respectful of her knowledge and enjoyed working with her as well. Anne had a gentle hand and seemed to also guide other staff gently.
