Out of all the nurses that took care of me Merna stands out. Merna has a human touch, is kind efficient and professional. I was in the hospital with several issues and thought I was doing better, but had setbacks and was very discouraged. Merna must have seen something in me because she just came into the room and said, "I just need to hug you" and hugged me. I cannot describe the feeling of love, care, and warmth that went through me. Merna did that once more before leaving and it had changed my whole perspective.
