Gabby has such a sweet and tender heart for her patients. From the moment she met my son, he immediately felt like he was back at home. 3 years in and out of the hospital making Nemours his second home, he's managed to make a list of his favorite nurses, that she is now a part of. Gabby took the time out to get to know my son on a personal level, his likes, and dislikes and it really went a long way. After a rough day, surgery, and not being able to eat dinner as promised, Gabby went out of her way to do everything possible to make him happy and make sure he ate. She ordered him his favorite meal (meatballs) and had them delivered right to his room. Neither my son nor I have felt such a huge shift in the environment we're in from the energy of one single person. What started out as a rough, scary, and sad admission and time in our lives, turned into a pleasant surprise. Thank you for going above and beyond in sharing love with these precious children and their families that go through so much. Thank you for being extraordinary.
