You were never too busy to take time to listen to me and to get me extra applesauce to help me swallow my medications. I know that often you were very busy with patients yet you never showed that to me. You made me feel as if I was your only concern. Your sweet personality, wide smile and kind ways have made all the difference in an otherwise very difficult hospital stay. Not only are you very professional in the way you administer your care to me, but you sincerely cared for my daughter as well. Caring for my every need during a time of uncertainty is so greatly appreciated. A light-hearted smile, a laugh, and always the professional care and conversation I needed to better understand my health needs and care.
