I brought my son to the hospital due to some concerns over liver function, etc. and his nurse was John. My son is on the Autism Spectrum and gets very nervous, especially when he needs an IV.
John was so awesome, understanding, and patient. He really took his time with my son. My son even made it a point to let me know he wanted to recommend John for a "commendation", a promotion, or a raise. Coming from him, that's pretty high praise as he normally can't stand anyone who comes at him with a needle.
A few days later, my dad had to go to the ER, and we were blessed to have John as his nurse, too. He remembered my son and was happy to see him again, doing much better. He took great care of my dad too.
John is a fantastic nurse and CarolinaEast is blessed to have him on the staff.
