The entire Pain Management staff were exceptional! As a disabled First Responder with PTSD, I was anxious about triggers that could occur on the day of my procedure. From the beginning, Nicole validated my individual needs as a patient. She was supportive of the need to keep my service dog close. Nicole exceeded my expectations of how a healthcare worker would act around a service dog. When it came time for the procedure, Nicole stayed with me the whole time. She addressed all of my needs associated with PTSD triggers that might occur during the procedure.
