I came in an ambulance to your hospital with kidney problems. My kidney was swollen and hurting so badly. Linda came in and talked with my mom and me. She checked my nephrostomy tube and asked me "Why is it off?" I was never told it had an on and off switch or that we were to check it. It was not collecting during but we had no idea there was a valve. No one took the time to check and we were seen by at least 10 people inquiring about the pain and output. As soon as she turned it - my bag began to fill. Linda not only has been so sweet but also so knowledgeable. She has been so caring and helpful. She has gone above and beyond her help. She has a caring heart that we feel nursing should have. I am so grateful God sent her to us to care for me. She is such a blessing.
