During her shift, one of her patients was made comfort care, but Arianna had a feeling the patient would pass quicker than expected. With the current COVID-19 situation, patients are not allowed visitors, but Arianna went above and beyond for this patient and his family. She helped use the patient's smartphone to video chat with his daughter. When Arianna went to check on him an hour after the video call, he had passed away. The daughter called the floor after Arianna left and wanted to thank her for "the incredible gift she gave me and letting me say goodbye to my Dad". She was incredibly thankful for Arianna's kindness and help! Without Arianna, she likely would not have been able to say goodbye and will forever be thankful for that opportunity.
