Nathan was extremely helpful in using every nursing intervention available. When I first came to the floor I had not received orders yet, so Nathan and his team thought swiftly and critically to utilize appropriate heat therapy and repositioning to make me as comfortable as possible. I am an RN and could perceive how genuinely he cared to relieve my discomfort.
After providing everything they could, Nathan and his preceptor were the first to alert me and administer pain and nausea meds when they had the orders. I know how difficult it can be to juggle multiple patients' care and Nathan was not only incredibly professional but also very kind.
P.S. Thank you so much for working so hard to get my discharge paperwork done before shift change! It was lovely sleeping in my own bed again.
