I have been so privileged to experience Amanda's care and consideration three times in the past 18 months. Most recently, I had a heart cath at Tiffin Mercy and she showed professional expertise while at the same time she showed her personal compassion to my husband and me by expressing her awareness of sympathy upon the death of our dad. After the death of our mom, she made a special trip to my dad's home to check-up on him and bring a casserole, an expression of sympathy and caring to a neighbor she barely knew. She also cared for R last year when he had a heart cath. Amanda goes above and beyond what is required by her job.
