Joshua was essential in my recovery from surgery. He helped explain to me what was happening and why. He was very confident, I knew he would take care of me and I didn't have to worry. He was busy but listened to every concern I had, I trusted him completely. He made me realize how important it is to trust the nurse who is caring for you.
