"My mother was recently diagnosed with uterine cancer and had to undergo surgery. She had never been in the hospital or had surgery before and was very nervous. The nurse assigned to her was Elena and she bonded with her during my mom's first surgery experience. My mom was grateful for her compassionate care. She mentioned to me that she couldn't believe how much she went above and beyond what was expected. Elena even took good care of my father, who was nervous too as my mother is his entire world. She was so sweet and caring and you can tell she loves her interactions with the patients!
