Katie Joski has helped our whole family understand the process of care given to our family member. She explained everything to help us understand and never hesitated to answer questions. She was always kind and always asked if we were doing okay when the decision was made to take our loved one off of life support. Katie helped us to locate and use resources available to us. Katie even came in on her day off to be with our family when life support was pulled off. She is such a dedicated nurse and we are lucky to have had her.
