Lauren Snider provides excellent leadership and guidance for our staff. The efficiency of the unit is up and safety has been constantly emphasized. She is adaptable and thinks on her "feet". Her cheerful attitude has endeared her to patients and staff alike. We are lucky to have such an exceptional charge nurse working this complex environment.
