Amy Covanes goes above and beyond. She is always smiling and always friendly. I had my son with me in my mom's ER room, and she let him help her with different things. She makes everyone feel at home. She stayed and explained in more detail what the doctor told my mom. She's a wonderful nurse! My son remembers her from having her as his nurse before. We will never forget her.

Amy was very competent and caring. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and always explained what and why she did things. Amy is very patient, encouraging and light-hearted. Her expertise was great, but she made us feel relaxed and even had us laughing when we needed to. She is a shining example of someone with not just the mind but heart for nursing.
