I would like to recognize Jade for taking the initiative to lend another unit a helping hand, without ever being asked. Very early on Christmas morning, 3 South was having great difficulty placing an NG Tube. Shortly thereafter, Jade was sought out for advice in placing the tube. Without hesitation, Jade rose from her seat and went to save the day.
As the shift continued, Jade went above and beyond to monitor the patient's status. Nurses like Jade are what make the difference in all of the lives around her; patients and peers alike. I am honored to work alongside her.
