This letter is being written in appreciation of a very special nurse who is a true asset to your hospital as well as anyone who is blessed enough to have him as a nurse. Our grandmother was admitted to the hospital with the end stages of Congestive Heart Failure. She came into the ER and was transferred upstairs to the step-down unit of the ICU. It was at that time that we met Clint, her nurse. We had some pretty tough decisions to make and had to abide by her living will which was very hard for our family. Clint was by our side the entire time answering questions, getting grandma settled and comfortable, talking to doctors, and just making the most difficult time of our lives a little easier. It was a Saturday that we had Clint all day as her nurse, and I prayed for his return on Sunday if my grandma were to make it another day. Sunday morning, we woke to find he was on shift again. Thank God! Again, he put his whole heart into being there for ALL of us and made sure that grandma left this earth not hurting or struggling, even though we were.
We have had many hospital visits and stays in your hospital and through all of these experiences, Clint has been our #1! He definitely stood out and touched our hearts, we will forever be grateful for him and want him to know. He is a true DAISY Nurse.

Clint always went above and beyond in caring for my husband. He is attentive, caring and spends extra time with us as he is working. He is gentle in his approach, answered all my questions and never left the room without asking if we needed anything. All of the nursing staff was wonderful but Clint was stellar.

Clint is an excellent nurse. He is a natural and definitely a keeper. He is a good guy.
