My family would like to recognize Kylie Echelberger as an outstanding nurse. My mother fell and fractured her leg in multiple places. Kylie took care of her post-op and did an exceptional job. The first time they got her up to the chair after her surgery, our mother had an episode where she became a bit unstable. Kylie's critical thinking skills were on spot. She remained calm and level headed and did a great job collaborating with my mother's physician and her nursing colleagues to ensure everyone understood our mother's clinical picture. Kylie was always kind, patient, and professional when working with our mother. Our mother had a lot of pain when they had to reposition her or move her from the bed to the chair. Kylie was always super empathetic toward my mother's pain and always took the time to move her slowly and carefully.
My Mom loved it when Kylie took care of her and would want me to request her for the night shift. Thank you, Kylie, for being such a wonderful nurse.
