I would like to recognize my RN for her outstanding performance as a nurse here on our unit. I can't find a single patient of Bebe's who doesn't have the most amazing things to say. Recently the daughter of one of her patients said, "she treated my mom as if she were her own mother. She is so caring, compassionate, and kind. I don't know what I'd do without her." Another said, "she is a keeper! She always makes me laugh. She's very sweet, kind and has joy. Having her as my caregiver, I couldn't have a better person. She was always on time with my meds and was in my room every hour. She loves what she does and cares for all her patients. She really took great care of me. I thank God for her. May God forever keep and bless you."
Bebe is consistently recognized by patients as going above and beyond. She is caring and compassionate. She is an excellent team player, always looking for someone to help when she is having a great day. Even though she has been going through a difficult time, her dedication and attention to her work are not affected. She has advanced skills for a newer nurse and her critical thinking is up to par with the more seasoned nurses. She has a good rapport with the physicians and communicates well the needs of her patients. She embodies what it is to be a nurse at heart. She cares for not only her patients but for her co-workers as well as her leaders. Her smile is infectious and I've had to discuss with several patients why she can't work every day of the week. Everyone loves her and she truly exemplifies our service standards and our whole care initiatives.
