The extraordinary kindness and compassion shown to me by my nurse, Misty, made me feel so loved. After being assaulted and having my hip broken, I felt deeply broken in spirit and soul. Not only had I just lost everything due to the Camp Fire and other unfortunate events, but I found myself homeless and literally broken into two by a bad situation. The doctor put me back together and everyone at Mercy was extremely kind and compassionate. Misty, however, went above and beyond and really touched my heart by her tender understanding of my situation. She was not judgmental and really cared about my situation and recovery. Misty is the true epitome of human kindness. She is a DAISY Nurse for her kind, sweet, and caring heart. She has a "true blue attitude" of kindness.
