The following are comments from Julie's co-workers:
Julie has taken the time to educate me on the EPIC program. There has not been a time where she was not there to answer any of my questions about EPIC. She is a smart nurse and learns tasks fast. Julie Le is a phenomenal nurse.
***
Julie is a refreshing new nurse who has become a dedicated, upbeat member of our staff. Although I precepted Julie to the ICU she was instrumental because of her knowledge of EPIC in teaching me! She is truly an asset to our team!

As a new nurse, Julie brought positive energy in the unit. She is always willing to learn new things and has always extended herself to help everyone. She is always willing to work extra shifts if another nurse needs off. She is definitely an asset in our unit!
***
Even as a new nurse, Julie has accepted each new challenge with grace and professionalism - never shrinking from new experiences to advance her nursing skills and knowledge. She never hesitates to step in to aide her co-workers who may be busy and getting behind. She also runs to the pharmacy, blood bank, or lab when necessary. Through it all, Julie maintains a positive, pleasant, and compassionate demeanor.

Never in my nursing career have I encountered a nurse who is as selfless, helpful, and endeared as Julie Le. She always makes herself available to assist with computer issues or patient care. She is a team player and I am proud to recognize her as a DAISY Nurse. She is an amazing asset to the ICU.

Julie Le is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She consistently treats her patients and co-workers with kindness and respect. She is a very outstanding nurse and it is a pleasure working with her.

I often think back to my days as a new nurse, twenty-some (long, long ago), ready for greatness, humble, and adrenaline pumping. I wanted so much to be accepted, respected, and dedicated to what I loved - NURSING. Patients, families, and illnesses consumed me, long before a family of my own. I, as well as many staff, admire Julie Le for her dedication. Continued greatness, my colleague!
***
Julie is a newer nurse with a laid back personality who knows how to be a team player whether it be a computer issue or caring of a patient, she is always right there to help. Stay the nurse that you are!! You are patient, caring, and an asset to the unit. Follow dreams of being that nurse that you want to be!

"Wow" pretty much sums up Julie Le! She came to the unit about a year ago and really hit the ground running. Words, such as eager, fearless, calm, respected, unbiased, connected, generous, selfless, caring, and friend are just some of the many words one could use to describe her. She is a talented nurse and a true team player. For these reasons, she is a true DAISY Nurse.

Julie is always willing to take the sickest patients and she remains upbeat. Julie makes smart decisions and is always helpful.

Julie Le is proactive in helping others, she knows what you will need and will grab it for you before you ask. She is also very good at our computer system and is always willing to show you time-saving tricks! In addition to her teamwork skills, she is a positive force to work with who is passionate about her job and performs her tasks with care.

Julie Le is always willing to help, eager to learn, and does not crack under pressure. You would never know that she is a newer nurse. She never complains about a heavy workload or assignment. She has been a great asset to our night shift crew at the Virtua Memorial CCU!

Julie Le is a wonderful coworker. She came to the ICU straight out of nursing school and instead of being intimidated by the complexity of these patients; she jumped right in with an inquisitive mind and wonderful spirit. I was with her during her first code off orientation and she handled it very well. She is always a help to anyone who asks, regardless of how her shift is going and is always a friendly face. I know she has also been greatly involved with shared governance since she began working in the unit. She has been our flu navigator ensuring everyone received their vaccinations. She is one of the champions of our new mobility program.

As a new member to the ICU team and to the healthcare system it was, to say the least - a culture shock. I was vulnerable and Julie Le was amazing! She welcomed me warmly; offered me her wealth of knowledge as it relates to policies, informatics, and bedside clinical care. She is friendly, warm, bright, and most of all compassionate. She is no doubt an integral member of our team. The leadership qualities she exemplifies inspires me to be a better Nurse! Julie Le for President!
