I recently spent 20 days in the hospital. Michelle went out of her way to provide me with excellent care. Whether she was my nurse, someone else's nurse or the charge nurse, she always came to see how I was doing numerous times every shift she worked. I had some very tough days and nights and Michelle helped make it bearable. She truly cared, and it made my stay easier.
Whether helping me go to the bathroom, checking on my pain level or making sure I was as comfortable as possible Michelle was instrumental. If I needed a gown change or ice chips, she was always there. I didn't eat for 20 days but she brought ice chips and made sure I was doing ok. I was discharged by mistake after one week and ended up in the ER 5 hours later. When she saw me back, she was truly upset. There were several outstanding care providers, but Michelle was amazing.
