Jen has a strong commitment to her family, both biological and those she cares for like family. Jen always brings a smile to her shift. She is fantastic about receiving feedback and is always thinking outside the box to keep the unit and patients safe. Jen was an awesome nurse. Jen always was able to answer any questions that I had! She has a great sense of humor which is great when we are dealing with depression, anxiety, etc. I truly love having her as a nurse. She was the best. She is very understanding of her patients and could make you laugh whenever you feel like crying. She is very helpful to your needs. When asked a question she never just blew you off, she came to you. She took the time to listen to you.
