I was fortunate to meet Diana Munson a year ago. She offered to coordinate my appointments. Diane has been instrumental in organizing my appointments and treatments all in one day rather than multiple trips. She is on top of rescheduling when needed to ensure I am taken care of. This is very helpful as I live alone, am oxygen-dependent, and travel 90 miles to the Danville VA Clinic.
Upon arrival, Diana greets me at my appointment location with a smile and makes me feel safe and reassured. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have such a caring person that I call a friend.
Diana was also instrumental in helping me obtain a scooter as I am no longer able to walk long distances due to cardiovascular and back pain issues. I am now able to enjoy outings with my family and friends.
Diana goes above and beyond by talking to my children who have questions or concerns about my health care. My children are just as grateful for Diana as I am.

My father is a complicated patient with many health issues. I live in St. Louis, MO and my job requires frequent travel. Overseeing my father's care is time consuming, difficult, and stressful.
